Event venue and wellness retreat

Vitalà Wedding and Reception - 5220 Piperville rd. Carlsbad Springs (Ottawa) Ontario.

Site rental- 2026 pricing starting at $4250 for 120 pp or less, 6 hours or less.
(One event per weekend provides for early setup, overnight and take-down)

inclusions are as follows:

Within the building: - 1 wedding suite for preparation, with private washroom, sauna and Queen bed (pink facing venue site)- 1 extra guest/wedding party room for preparation - Main floor of home, which includes an empty living room area for decoration, indoor dancing etc- main kitchen and dining area for catering preparation- service kitchen and laundry center- Main floor entry, hallway, for welcoming guests -  Sitting room - One main washroom (though there is an addition one that can be used by the wedding party upstairs) - fridge and  separate freezer capacity - 2 hotplates - one toaster over (midnight snack preparation)



Within the garage area and the patio surface: - utilization for shipping and receiving purposes before and after the event - empty renovated garage area for kids play and management area and for overflow (e.g. buffet service) should weather be un co-operative- patio and deck area are empty- One BBQ on Propane line to be available



Outdoor area:  - one covered wedding gazebo, one wedding walkway - one 20 x 20 sun shelter - includes parking for 40 vehicles

Note: 

half is due upon booking and full payment 2 weeks prior to the event. 

An additional 500$ payment will be held in advance for unforeseen, damages or for reasons such as exceeding the contract terms for number of visitors at the event. If all goes well, it will be reimbursed.

Exclusions: - this event space does not include the small side-door (at garage) office, basement area or the dining hall.  The wedding suites can be rented for an additional $ per night (please see bed and breakfast section) - no use of pool unless specified and in addition to contract (requires on site Vitalà staff at all times, including for overnight)- no smoking or vaping in building/home area at any time.
